When you submit a confidential inquiry or a membership application, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, country, area of interest, and the brief or supporting detail you choose to share. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this website.

Information you submit is used solely to review your inquiry or application, route it to the appropriate partner, and respond to you. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it. Where a submission is flagged for partner-level triage — for example, a crisis situation or an undisclosed area of interest — it is handled with the same confidentiality as any other inquiry.

We retain inquiry and application records for as long as necessary to evaluate them and to maintain a record of the relationship should it proceed, and no longer than is necessary for those purposes or to meet a legal or regulatory obligation. Records tied to a submission that does not proceed are retained only for a limited period before being deleted.

We do not share the information you submit with third parties, except where strictly necessary to operate the Services (such as hosting and infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality obligations), where required by law, or with your explicit consent. We do not sell personal information under any circumstances.

Submissions are transmitted and stored using industry-standard safeguards, and access is limited to the partners and staff who need it to evaluate your inquiry or application. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
